Duties…desk reviews of 1 to 4 unit residential properties nationwide, loss mitigation analysis including reconciling several BPO’s and appraisals in order to arrive at a recommended value for short sales purposes, desk reviews of outsourced appraisal reviews to ensure acceptable quality control, 2nd look desk reviews for customer service issues and reconciling disputes, preparation of rebuttals to HUD “buy back notices”, and the management of outsourced reviews for Financial Freedom.
